Y-Fitness for Life is an exercise program tailored to your health and personal fitness needs. This program is open to anyone who feels they will benefit from exercise, enjoys exercising in a group setting, and is open to making lifestyle changes.
The main goal of this program is to provide a supportive social environment in which participants work to improve personal health, manage acute/chronic disease, and establish healthy behaviors in an effort to increase their quality of life through physical activity and education.
Exercise classes consist of initial monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate, and include a warm-up, flexibility, cardiovascular, and resistance training.
Program registration is required each month. The cost in included in your membership or it is $75 for non-members.
