Run for Fun - Youth Running Group
Ages : 6-12
Does your child want to explore the wonderful world of running? Join the YMCA youth running group!
We teach children the importance of stretching, a good warm up, form, pacing, hydration, and a cool down. Kids will set goals, challenge themselves, and most importantly have fun, all in a team environment! The group will train to run the YMCA Spring and Fall Runs. The cost of the program will cover admission into the run and a t-shirt.
Please bring a water bottle to practices and dress appropriately. In inclement weather, the group will practice indoors.
