Kettlebell Basics

Small, compact kettlebells support full range of motion while

building power and boosting endurance. The focus of these popular classes will be on developing muscular strength, hip mobility and cardio output. These educationally based classes will be taught in small class settings for optimal instruction in form and technique.

30 exercises in 30 minutes! Featuring mixed intervals of aerobic conditioning and muscle strengthening, this 30 minute class uses dynamic moves and fun circuits to improve your overall fitness.

 

60 Minute Cycling

An hour-long class designed to offer intervals of higher intensity and longer duration.

 

Barre

Set to great music, this high energy, low impact class is a sequence of challenging exercises that strengthen and tone the thighs, seat, arms, and abs for a total body workout! A unique choreographed class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves, which are inspired by yoga and Pilates, fit perfectly together with upbeat music, making it fun and challenging. It's about energy, power, and rhythm. Yoga mats recommended. Please bring your own.

 

Power Pump

Strength training is recommend to help keep muscles toned and bones dense. Instructors will use equipment such as body bards, hand weights, and stability balls to create a variety of workouts. This strength class will use exercises that are functionally appropriate for all and will create an overall toning experience for the entire body.

 

Prime Time Plus

This is a multi-exercise approach to physical fitness. Class components include strength and flexibility exercises, aerobics, and resistance training. Benefits include increased flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular conditioning.

 

Ride and Renew
